Does anybody have any HEALTHY, CHOCOLATE dessert recipies? I always crave chocolate during dieting, and I get tired of choc. protein shakes all of the time.
If I'm craving chocolate I put some cocoa (sp?) powder in some skim milk, with a little bit of splenda and vanilla extract. If it's in the morning, I put some cocoa powder in my oatmeal with some splenda. Cocoa powder is high in antioxidants and contains no sugar and minimal carbs. (I think 3 carbs in one tablespoon)
