There is so many protein shakes out there. But will they all do the same? I was looking at this brand Optimum 100% Whey Protein and was wondering if it really is better than what I am taking. Right now I am taking “Perfect Whey “it has added Glutamine and has protein Isolate and is low carb.

Just a little lost when it comes to picking a great protein. If I am going to spend the $$$ then I would like to get one that really does show the results.

Can some one help :)

personally, i take the optimum stuff and it is a quality product. im sure the perfect whey is good too, as alot of whey products are pretty similiar. the main thing is to look for no added sugars or fats.. just clean protein.

Thanks I think it is a clean Protein here is a link to the site if anyone can look over it. I see Sucralose in the ingredients but it is at the end. Is this in all Whey Protein?

alot have added sweetners mainly to help with taste. the product looks good in my opinion.. and if your satisfied with it (ie mixes well, cost, taste, results) then stick with it. but if you are looking to optimum, you have my seal of approval that its a great product :)

Great thanks for the info. I have not been using it that long to see if there are any results but I am sure it will do.
