Hi bb1fit. My question was about my diet. At the moment I follow a low carb/high protein diet. Well I try to follow this and well I do pretty good. But some times I just want to let loose. For example my work out friend and I like to have a crib night on Thursday. I know sounds weird but we like to drink when we do it. Crib is just a ploy for the wife's. I try to stay clear of the beer and will drink about 15 oz of rum with diet pop. But the real question is do you stick with your diet every day of the month or do you go off once in awhile? I try and work out or do some sort of activity either walking or weight lifting every day of the week. I do keep up with supplements (I just ordered cAMBOLIC) I saw your write up on it. Is this dangerous falling off diet for a day or two?
Sorry this is so long but this is very important to me. I know diet is key to gaining size and dropping weight. Just do not what to mess it up.:surprised:
Depends on your goals. When contest training for instance, noone or nothing can sway me from my diet. I have a goal. When I am goal oriented, I am usually very strict with my diet.
It all depends on your goal, how fast you want to reach that goal. Some "cheating" can be actually be beneficial, but you have to be the judge of how often you can handle it and if it is impeding your goals. If it is, then you will have to make the necessary adjustments to remedy this.
