Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

Hey guys I am really new to ft, and I have recently been working very hard on my fitness. I just have a quick question regarding supplements to help me in my training.
Im a 20 yr old male and i'm a full time university student.

I am training as an athlete for the 100m and 200m sprints
I train 3-4 x per wek on the track
3 x in the gym pushing weights
3 x running or cycling for aerobic work
and 5 x on abdominal work and core stability
plus flexibility sessions each day.

I watch my diet fairly carefully and I was wondering... I have been looking into supplements but the amount of commercial supplements out there is just daunting.

I have been lookinh at two products:
1. Creatine
2. whey protein isolate(or some similar protein product).

are both of these ideal to combine into my health plan??
any suggestions or recommendations of supplements is definitely welcome.

Thanks in advance for all the help

would it be better to have WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE or PERFECT PROTEIN (full spectrum concentrate) for my protein supplement
