I just ordered my first bottle of cAMP and was wondering how much to take when I get it? I am 6 feet1 inch and 240 lbs and I like to give her in the gym. I do a toning cycle at the moment but next week I am switching programs and doing mass building. Using freetrainers work out guide. I also like to do at least 20 min of cardio at the end of my work out.
Is it recommended just to do as directed on bottle?
