I found this website yesterday that has over 600 low fat recipes. You do not have to register to look and browse their recipes.
You can go to www.foodfit.com and scroll over to the right and at the top click on "browse recipes". Then you have the option to show only the ones low in carbs, low in fat, high in protien, high in veggies and much more.
Anyways I just thought it was pretty cool with lots of cool looking recipes!
