I am trying to up my protein intake but finding it really hard. Honestly, I usually only drink one protien shake a day. I do however, try to eat at least one meal of meat, but don't like eggs much. Thus, I am finding that I am barely getting close to 90-100 grams of protien. I weigh 122 so I know I am still not getting enough. My question, Will I not see the best workout results if I don't get at least 122 grams of protien or is 90-100 going to be benificial? Or will Imy body just stay in a matienance phase unless I up the protien?

How about chicken and turkey breast, fish, top sirloin and top round steak, pork tenderloin, and extra lean ground meat (I think I've bought 96% lean, soy, and skim milk, nonfat yogurt, nonfat cottage cheese, nonfat cheese? I hate eggs so I buy the egg beaters (all whites) and blender them with with some light o.j. and half a banana (optional) and drink that. The egg whites are pasturized so there is no risk of salmonella poisining. Just a few ideas.
