Ok so I just bought this supplement pack from GNC. It has glutamine, Creatine, HMB, Amino burst and zinc. Now, I have never taken supplements before and am not quite sure how much of each I should take. Granted there is a dosage but I don't think that dosage was meant for a 122 lbs female. So does anyone have any advice on how much of each I should take. I don't wanna get big, just more defined. I also know that creatine makes you retain water weight and I don't want that. Just want a little extra in my diet to add to all the weight training I do. Can anyone help?

Why did you jump in and buy the supplement pack? They all have different purposes...I am sure that it wasn't cheap I was just curious if you read up on it first...

Ya I did read up on all the supplements and I also spoke with the guy at GNC for 30 mintutes before purchasing it. Granted he told me what he thinks is the right does for my size etc but I was wondering if any females had some real experience taking any of this supplements and if so, what they felt was a good amount and if they found them to be beneficial.

Take the creatine before and after your workout after loading. Aminos can be taken any time to improve the amino acid profile of your foods for instance. HMB is pretty much of a waste, and glutamine is a wash at best. Take it any time you feel like it.
