I want to try Yoga and Pilates. As far as fitness, what exactly do these forms of exercise do? Will this help me lose or tone my trouble areas: breast and tummy? And also, are there exercises to prevent me from losing my butt?

Pilates and Yoga are great for the core and will help strengthen your midsection. However, you should still include some cardio and wt training in your workouts. As far as good butt exercises go, you can't go wrong with good old lunges and squats. Good luck!

As far as Yoga workouts if you have the OXYGEN channel you should check a program called "INHALE" it's a morning yoga show (well it's a morning show where I'm at) and it's great! It's up beat it plays up beat songs it's more based on having fun with yoga instead of getting in touch with your inner self ( which seemed boring to me) I tape and do it in the afternoon once a week! It's an hour long show but without the commercials it's only about 45mins. Of course it's not for everyone but I :love: this show!
