when to take camp and c2

I have been taking camp for 1 1/2 months and just got my c2. How should I split this up. I was taking 2 camp in morning, then 2 at noon and two at about 6pm which is about a half hour before I work out. How should I split this up now that I have the c2? I still work out at about 6pm to 7pm at night.

here is the email i received from usplabs about my supplement scheduleing: disregard the animal stuff Thats my animal stack as well as the usplabs stack together! but it all depends on the time you lift and the pre/post workout meals.

i would not take the c2 very late, it causes you to not sleep due to the stuff inside.

2 c2 miday

2 cAMPHIBOLIC pre workout

2 cAMPHIBILIC before bed

after 5-7 days increase c2 to 3 caps (optional)

Thanks I will do that. The bottle says to take c2 half hour before workout, though, just wondering why you recommend camp instead of c2 before workout?

Depends on workout time. I go to asleep at 11-12am so i avoid stimulants if working out at around 7pm.
