Ive been dieting for a few months trying to cut the fat. I guess Im lacking a bit in some nutrition because my wrists and back hurt lately and my shoulder is worse than it was before. Could just be my new bed really sucks.

Anyway, your supposed to eat collagen to make joins strong right? What is good to eat for that? ANything low cal?

I live in Japan, so its kinda hard to get most suppliments. Guess they think collegen is only for girls to fix wrinkles, because thats all I find when I search.

Eat plenty of fish, high oily fish. If not supplement with fish oil, as much as you can fit into your diet.
