I'm joining the Navy and they told me I need to lose 20 lbs. I'm not fat, but I do have alittle bit of stomach and thick hips. So I need to lose the weight as soon as possible. I figure I should be able to lose it in about 3 months. What do you think?
1-2lbs per week is a reasonable wt loss. 3 months is about 12 weeks, so 12-24lbs. I would focus on your diet to loose the weight and do cardio 3X/week (HIIT would be good) and some wt. training-focus on compound moves. Try one of the FT exercise programs on this site-weight loss and definition. Look at the forum on nutrition and set yourself up with a good eating plan for the next 3 months. You'll need to start now!
