i know with the holidays approaching, some of us might be anticipating a crash in our diets for all the good eats/desserts that are going to be made available (my grandmas cheesecake.. :)).. but, there is hope.

I know I'll be giving up for a few days...that's why I'm cracking down now until the time the food is on the table. For Thanksgiving I'll take my few days and eat all I can get my hands on, then buckle down for a month until XMas and take a few more days off, then I'll crack down again for the new year and new goals. Goal #1...lose Holiday weight. That way you always got an initial short term goal to kick off the year with anyways. :big_smile:
