I can see this ending up in a psychiatrist's/psychologist's office....'So what can I help you today with Ramon? why are you here' "I wanna be like Tarzan....I was have his clingy feet" :::psychiatrist falls on the floor and starts laughing uncontrollably:::: 'alright Ramon we can do this the easy way or the hard way...I can prescribe these pills for you to make you well again or we can have 2 years worth of discussion of how you got this way...I want daily laughter....so I suggest plan B....at 200$ hourly....this should be good'..."will this give me clingy feet?" If hes a climber, then the rubber makes grippy feet. 5-10 rubber is the best, mad rox isnt far behind.

Armon, place a towel on the floor and scrunch it up with your feet while watching tv or something. You can also do one legged calf raises and focus on your toe flexors while doing it. I'm sure you could find many other ways to strengthen your toe flexors on the net. Hope that helps any.

The only reason I know anything about toe flexor strengthening is because those muscles are important for jumping. Noone ever thinks to train them, but they are important.

Training those muscles as arondaballer mentioned will also help decrease the risk of shin splints. They are overlooked by most.
