anybody know why i have an aching pain in my shoulder, namely on the outside of the shoulder, when i do bicep curls? any excersise i should concentrate on to make the outside of the shoulder stronger to aleviate pain?
When you say bicep curls are you doing barbell or dumbbell? If you are useing a barbell try moving your grip in or out depending on where you do it now. If using dumbbells use lighter weights.
