ok I was wondering if someone might help me plan my meals. IT says I need to eat around 339 g of protien and around 937g of Carbs but I dont even come close.
This is what I normally eat

Breakfast 1 whole hardboiled egg and 2 egg whites and a bowl of otmeal

snack: Protien shake

lunch piece of chicken and a fairly large salad with oil and vineger

snakc: ANother Shake

Dinner: a hamburger with no buns or piece of chicken with another salad.

I know that this is not even close so what else should i be eating?

add protein powder to your oatmeal, include some rice with your meals, whole grain breads, and increase to two chicken breasts, or a can of tuna or salmon. Lots of things to do. Salad tends to be nutritionally void, add some slivered almonds, sunflower seeds, a little cheese. Have another meal of some sort after dinner and before bed..
