K ill be straight forward here.. Im 16yr's old, im 6'2 and weigh 160lb wich is preety skinny for my age.

i recently joined Kickboxing and was wondering what should i do to gain weight, I have thought about supplements.

If i should take Sum Form or supplement What One Would u Recomend, And what works the best ..

Alen - you can supplement with a weight gainer but I'd try more food first. What kind of build does your parents have? That's a pretty good indicator on whether or not you'll have a growth spurt coming.

Alen, tall 16 year olds are supposed to be skinny. Still though, at your age, forget the supplements, there's no magic formula out there. Eat, eat, eat...and workout of course. You know, when your raise big horses, horses that are tall for their age, you purposely keep them underweight to spare their joints and growth plates. So be patient and be healthy.
