Hi I'm 49 and just finished a year long goal to run a marathon and I finished! Now I want to do ab work, strength training and cardio to really get as buff as I can. In my marathon training I loved having a clear schedule of exactly what I was supposed to do each day. So anyone know of a free training program I can find and follow?
