I use to have a nice, some what perky 38 C chest. I now have a 38 D chest but since I started exercising, it seems that they are sagging and losing their perkiness. I mean, they look horrible. Any advise on how to make them look perkier?:(

It sounds like you gained weight, going from a 38C to 38D. Breast tissue is fatty tissue, there is no muscle there. The muscle is underneath the breast tissue. If you have indeed gained weight, fat does not care where it goes, and some may well have accumulated in breast tissue. As you lose fat, (it will come off your breasts also)you should see improvement. Work the chest muscle below and above also with resistance, and you should be fine.

Mine actually look better since I've been working out. They're slightly smaller (but same bra size) and definitly more perky. I've been doing flat bench press, decline presses, and flyes with the peck deck. This week though, it's time to change my routine. I hope they stay where they are or improve...ha ha.

I have too agree, my have also looked more perky since I've been working out. I also agree with bb1, work on your chest muscles. I'm a 36 D and push ups have been whats helped mine. Also make sure you are wearing a good sports bra, because everytime skin stretches it loses a little bit of elasticity...so over time it can cause your breasts to sag. Also if you do backwards push-ups it will help get rid of that little pudge that hangs over the back of your bra!

I do incline flies seated a little higher then I'm suppose to. I place my shoulder blades a little above the top of the bench puttng as much concentration on the upper pec. I truly believe chest work-outs were the answer for my well developed chest. I have been training a very long time, I have had 4 kids and resistance training is the only thing that puts my body back together. I also train my chest twice a week. Keep consistant and the body will change.
See you in the gym
