Well, I've been doing the weight thing for a few months now and I just don't seem to get sore. The first couple of weeks I was, but now it's just not the same, am I not doing enough? I mean, my muscles feel tired, but I really have to poke around to find any sore spots. My legs still hurt a lot for a few days after a leg day, but nothing in the chest, arms, or back. I'm kinda paranoid and feel like if it doesn't hurt I must not be building any muscle. I've increased weight, changed excersizes, all sorts of stuff. Any ideas?

I made the mistake of equating aching with muscle growth, I pushed myself harder and harder adding more and more reps. Finally I found that ache again but you know what it was? I was beginning to over train and was damaging my muscles. If you are doing anywhere between 6-12 reps per muscle group depending on your program and giving it your all and periodically varying up your excersizes then don't worry about the aching feeling. If you're not training half assed your muscles won't respond half assed.

Also I find if you take an entire week off every 8-12 weeks when you come back the good hurt does as well.
