I've noticed lately that while I'm working out, I have begun to become very tired and shaky during my workouts. I dont know why this is because I try to eat a meal at least an hour before I workout with creatine. It's a weird type of fatigue, one where I feel like I want to pass out and go to sleep, and when I'm doing certain excercises I shake. Am i doing something wrong?

I also want to add that this usually heightens abuot half way throguh my rep scheme, Most times I just shrug it off and try to work harder but become very unmotivated when I get tired.

You are probably over eating and your energy is being shared with digestion. You also might want to look at vit c supplement as well.

I don't understand how I can overeat, when my goal is for gaining mass. Basically I eat tons of food during the day, about 6 to 7 times. and I'm taking a supplement that has 500 percent daily value of vitamin C. So I really don't know why I feel the way I do when I workout.

For example is there something wrong with what and when I'm eating? here is what I ate today (for mass remember)
meal 1 : bowl of oatmeal, 2 slices whole wheat bread, 5g creatine 500 mg glass of milk
Meal 2: Turkey sub w/ lettuce, corn chips, water, chocolate chip cookie
Meal 3: Turkey sandwhich on whole wheat, handful of almonds, banana, water
Meal 4: Lean cuisine dinner (after school quick food) chicken rice and mixed veggies, a yogurt and 5g creatine and water
Meal 5: 2 HUGE plates of spinach alfredo noodles with chicken and broccoli, I mean after I ate this I was about to be sick. and 5g creatine
Meal 6: Peanut butter sandwhich on whole wheat (all natural peanut butter) a yogurt, water , and a peach
This is prety much how much I eat during my normal days, and today was my rest day so I couldnt tell you how I felt as I worked out.
