Hi, well I can't really afford protein shakes right now so I decided to eat tuna after every workout and as I'm a big tuna fan I didn't think there would be a problem but as I switched to water packed tuna I found out that it has the same texture as sawdust :(
I remembered that when I was still eating bad stuff my gf would sometimes make a tuna spread, so I adapted it to my low fat diet and it turned out great!
So here is the recipe:
1 can water packed tuna
2 tea spoons of low fat mayo (lower the better!)
1/2 small fine chopped onion
1/2 tea spoon of ketchup
Throw it all in a food processor and blend to desired level, it tastes great and goes down easily!
