i want to the shoulder today and he say i can get back into weight lifting again and im done with the shoulder dr too and problem i had was a inflamed shoulder so..that is heal up but its hurting from not using it at all for 8 mouths so..i wanna know what is best way to work your way back to weight lifting with hurting my shoulder again? and i was thinkin about settin up a workout plan on here & doin low weights for 8 weeks or maybe 12 weeks.
i got my some fish oil from walmart today so..i will be takin G/C,fish oil other stuff so..i dont get hurt again too :)
