The biggest problem I realize that I have now is chosing what foods in the grocery store to buy and the best way to prepare them. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I think this is my main problem with my weight. I over think things and I become overwhelmed. Please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Personally, I try and get food that is as close to its natural state as possible, ie, fruit and veg, rice, eggs. I like to keep it basic. Also, try looking around this site; there is food info everywhere. Don't know if you've seen it yet but there is a diet and nutritiuon section to the message board.
Good luck! You'll get used to it, just take it one day at a time!

Most food stores are set up so the foods you need toe at are on the walls of the store. The foods to stay away from are in the center. Hope that helps

yeah, they get worse the further towards the centre they are. I wonder if there's some deliberate thinking there?
