For those who know me, It has been a long time since we last spoke: more or less 4 months.
Well what happened is that i came all the down to Argentina to study. YEP, i left my home sweet home, and with it, i left my BB life. Well, no more for that.
I am now stablished and ready to get back.
Any advices on how must i start my workout again? how should be my routine?
