hey* as u can tell im new here. i have always wanted to be thin and its the thing i just can't seem to get. i have tried crash dieting every thing. i am 5'4 and weight 167 as today. i want to weight 108lbs. i am always on a diet but like i never get a chance to work out. school, work and chores take all of my time. even on weekends. any suggestions? please help me. :(

I see in your profile you want to lose 50 pounds in one month. It can be done, but not safely... on average about 2 or 3 pounds a week is more likely. Probably more in the first couple of weeks though.

The first thing you have to do is stop the crash dieting. Eat good, whole foods (check the grocery list in the nutrition section) and keep the diet in check. Five or six small meals a day is a good method to use. It keeps your metabolism up. Yes, eat more to lose weight. Sounds crazy, but it's true.

Also, grab a fitness plan from FT. If you still can't find time to work out maybe give an extra push during chores. What sort of chores do you do?

There has got to be three hours a week you can spare.

thanks for replaying! usually i like do dishes and clean the kitchen do laundry, clean my room and dining room. ( i always do dishes by hands cuz i read some where that it lets u lose 20 clories. any way i do a lot of walking. in school and all. i just want to lose weight i dont really care how! like i do care but i do want to lose weight soon. i have been trying to ever since i can rememebr. even when i was like 11 12 year old.
