i was told this when i joined

protein -254g
carbs - 592g
fats - 117g
calories - 4225

i am looking to gain size and muscle mass
i am 17 and 6'3 at 77.2kg

i was wondering if this should be my maximum intake and if so what should be my minimum

For an active individual that is weightlifting and weighs 77kg, that seems about target. As in, aim for those numbers everyday, but if you dont make it or if you go over, its ok.
