i been out from weight lifting for 8 mouths b/c of a inflamed shoulder but now its heal up and is it the best to do low weights and high reps so..i dont hurt myself or anything? i started takin fish oil softgels today for the inflamed so..i dont get it again and im taking G/C & men's one a day pills too so..im thinkin i will be good now if i take them so..if u have any tips or anything to give me what to do so..my poor shoulder can build up and get better again :big_smile:
