Last night I had a dream that I was preggo(If only that were true lol), and in my dream, people were doing things, saying things, and overall the situations were just bad and I kept saying to myself and those around me "All this stress is going to be bad for the baby."
I told my hubs the dream this morning, and he said he thinks I need some down time, or need to figure out a way to unstress each day.
I completely admit I am way stressed all the time. Mostly due to work. I don't even really enjoy weekends or mini vacations because I am worried about work. Aside from quitting my job(ha ha) what are some relaxation things I can do to help unstress at the end of the day?

Believe it or not lifting heavy and cardioing hard is my best stress buster.

meditation, even yoga is really good. Take some down times like timing out and picking up a novel fifteen minutes before bed time, believe it or not, analyze how much caffeine intake you are getting each day, reducing that can reduce anxiousness to an already stressful day.
Caffeine in two cups of coffee adds 16 more beats a minute to your heart rate making you more irritable and anxious.
Do shoulder rolls, having hunched shoulders are the cause of a stressful day, taking time out to do a few rolls sitting where you are at will relieve the tension build up and make you feel a bit better.
escape for a few quiet moments everyday, find a company library or an empty conference room (not sure where you work) and take a few moments to rest your head on the table and close your eyes or take deep breathes in and out.
Hope these help.

I'm going to try the book before bed and see if that helps. Take myself away from the noise of Tyler's computer game and the tv, and give me some quiet time right before bed. It'll probably help me sleep better too wouldn'tya think?

A nice brisk walk outside before bedtime would give you exercise, quiet time and fresh air. You're bound to get a good sleep after that!
