Does anyone have any suggestions if what else I can mix my protien powder in? I am getting tired of milk and water.

Getitng tireed?!?! how are you preparing it? just mixing the protein powder with the milk or water?
Dont you add some sugar coffe or ice to make it a mocha? dont you add some fruits? what about the aots?

you can also check a sticky on xcercise and diet about protein shakes. maybe that an help

well, I've tried a few different things. Orange juice...terrible! Oatmeal...yummy. Yogurt, hot coco...yummy. blend fresh strawberries, bannanas, blueberries, etc. All kinds of stuff really, broccoli probably wouldn't taste too good though.

Do as i say, look for that thread. i personlly and Justin submit a lot of recipes for protein shakes.
you shoul take a allok at it. if you odnt fint want you want there, well, then... you are really tired!
