Well I was going to the gym really good for about 3 weeks and lost about 15 pounds and stayed out late and the gym in the morning suffered. I now belong to a 24 hour gym witch is nice and do weight trainning mwfs and do Spinning t and Th. I love it. So I'm not really a new member but back and looking forward to now only having to lose 50 pounds. Thanks for such a great place and people to help others out. Good luck to you all.
