i wanna know if i need to change anything in my diet plan, and i am takin whey,Fish Oil,G/C & men's one a day too and below is the diet plan im goin to be goin by the next 8 weeks and i will change it around sometimes too and im goin to do a ft program soo..i hope i will gain a little in 8 weeks but im a hard gainer so..it will take me sometime to gain too
Meal 1 - Oatmeal,2 whites & 1 full egg or Total Protein cereal & 3 egg whites
