For the past two months I have been eating what appears to be huge amounts of food compared to what others here are eating. I have only gained 4 pounds and hope it is mostly muscle but would like opinions as to whether to continue this eating regimen or lighten up.
An average day consists of one item from each group below
6 chicken breast/8 servings Ostrich/8 servings Tilapia
4 cups brown rice/8 servings pinto beans/6 potatoes
5 servings broccoli/8 servings green beans/6 servings peas
4 egg whites with 2 yolks
1 protein shake with 1 scoop of powder
2 servings Gatorade taken with my Creatine

So to sum it up an example day would be
6 chicken breasts, 8 servings pinto beans, 8 servings green beans, 2 whole egg/4 whites, protein shake and 2 servings Gatorade. I seem to be getting better results now both in appearance and gains in weight being lifted. In addition my pants don't seem to be getting tighter, my veins are literaly bulging everywhere and my shirts are getting quite tight across the chest and arms. Should I keep this up or is it too much food?

I'm not trying to be sarcastic but reading what you wrote I can't figure out why you'd be asking for advice about something that is obviously working for you. Sounds to me like this is one of those cases where if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I am comcerned that it is to much protein and cholesterol. I also am worried that the quantity will eventually lead to more fat gains versus muscle.
Just seems excessive thats all.

Keep your protein clean and it shouldn't be a problem as far as cholesterol goes. I just had mine checked last week during my annual physical and it's the lowest it's ever been. And I've been on a hi protein cut for over three months. Excess fat can sneak up on you but you can stay on top of it just doing what you're doing now.
