Hi guys
Right now im about....20-30 pounds overweight, and I would really like to loose it,latley,ive been running 2 miles a night, doing 400 sit ups, and varoius other excersizes like bench pressing,curling,ect.
Right now, after doing this for about 2 months, ive seen some progress in leg muscle, but no where else, my stomache,and just about everywhere else is the same size, do you guys have any suggestions on how to step up my excersizes?

Are you doing four hundred sit ups a day? If so, that's a lot... maybe not so many.
What's the diet like?

Yea, personally I would do 405 to get my abs better defined.
Seriously, read some of the threads on abdominal training. There are thousands of them. Specifically, there is one in this forum called is it true about ab training.
Post your routine and it will be critiqued.
