I am a single mother currently looking for a job, so besides taking care of my devilish son, I have plenty of free time on my hands. It has been almost two years since I had my son, and I am still struggling to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, I have lost 40lbs, since I had my son, but leveled off at 190lbs, and since I used to weigh 140lbs, 190 seems like an aweful lot to me. I still have 50lbs to lose before I will be absolutely happy with my weight loss. I don't have the money to buy any types of work out machines, free weights, or to sign up with a gym, so I need advise on what I can do from home to help me lose weight and tone. I know there are probably people thinking..."Watch what you eat", I DO! I have a VERY slow motabolism. I watch how many carbs I take in a day, I eat a big breakfast, I medium lunch, and a small dinner, and only drink water and juice. What more can I do. Your advise and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is greatly appreciated.

Hi again!
I answered the first part in the other post.
As for diet, I might suggest you eat more.... five, six, even seven small meals a day. So, let's say, for instance, your daily caloric intake is supposed to be 2000 calories, break them up over several meals. This will keep your metabolism higher. You don't really ever want to feel hungry.
As for carbs, you need them. They are you main fuel source for activity. While everyone is different, generally a persons daily food intake should include about 60% carbohydrates. Just ensure you're picking 'good' carbs.
Welcome to FT!
Hope the above helps!
