Was wondering if C2 helps with weight loss and muscle gain even if you are not at the gym. Should I take one mid day as well even if I am not going to the gym that day? Or is it just to give me energy when I am at the gym? :dumbbell:

I don't know for sure if it would help any on your rest days, but I think keeping it a regular part of your diet would get you the best results. I plan to take it everyday, whether I lift that day or not, but plan to limit it to 1 serving (3 pills) on rest days while taking the full 2 servings (6 pills) on lifting days. Just my opinion though.

Yes, take them on your off days also.

I emailed usp labs about taking cAmp and C2 together, and they recommended the following stack for me:
morning
2 c2
1 cAMP
pre-workout
2 c2
1 camp
evening
2 cAMP
Hope that helps.

11:00am: 2 C2 & 1 cAmp
11:45-1:00pm: Workout
6:30pm: 2 cAmp
