I strained legaments in my knee while playing floor hockey. I turned fast and it cracked 3 times then made a small pop. The doctor told me to wear a splint for a week and it would get better. I did and played softball after and it was still hurting. I havn't play anything for 2 months, but now I'm playing Ice hocey and don't want to get hurt. I'm wondering if there is any muscle building workouts for my knee.
