I was just wondering if anyone else has a favorite body part to train? I seem to never be able to get the glutes as hard as I'd like, so I blast them often. What about you?

I'll be competing again in May. I competed at least 5 times and won Overall Nevada and light weight in 02. I really like the whole ritual and dedication of competing. A little nutty, but it ties into my business.

I seldom see any women at my gym training any part seriously..most prefer cardio and aerobics. Those that do, just do a few dumbell presses , lunges with 5-10lb and then sit in that machine and squeeze their legs together...
Personally I like to see a woman that trains hard and I love to see nice developed glutes, quads and calves. keep it up. |

Very cool, nice to have a fellow competitor on here. I have done 11 competitions myself.
As far as favorite, chest has been from day one. Funny, if you go to amature competitions, you can usually pickout what many competitors favorite bodypart to work is! :) ============ Quoting from dendys: I'll be competing again in May. Funny I just wrote an article about the three components to the well balanced physique of a women, or man for that matter; weight training, cardio and diet. I believe with consistant training and dedication we ALL can create the body we dream of. The favorite body part thing kind-of goes out the window when getting ready for a show.As I have aged gravity really does suck for the backside. Anyways, I'll just keep training. See you in the gym

I love to train legs! I love the looks I get from people when they see me squat, deadlift or pile a few 45 lb plates on to the leg press machine. I'm the only woman in my gym that trains hard with weights (that I've ever seen). It's a good feeling. Lats are second favorite. I think they just feel good.
