Hi Everyone,

I'm new here & trying to find the best way to get the most out of the site. I've filled in the nutrition tracker, but want to know what constitutes moderate & high activity rate.

I play tennis once a week, squash usually once a week, walk for half an hour 3 mornings a week & try to get to the gym 3 times a week. Is that moderate or high activity??

I'm 48, have always been reasonably active, but only built up to this level over the past couple of years. I am 6ft & weigh 84kg (185lbs) & I am pretty lean.

I don't want to become the next Arnie, I just want to keep or slightly improve the tone I have, improve my overall fitness & keep back the hands of time!!!

Any advice appreciated.

Paul
