I know this is a wired question but I keep getting these in growing hairs or zits that do not pop on my chest. I get then in the center of my chest were the top of my shirt is. Any suggestion on how to get rid of them. (Before it starts I do shower after every work out) I know how you guys are

You could try a bodywash that is made for body acne. Or go to a salon and have a facial for your chest and back, some even use high frequency currents to clear your skin from the inside out. They move this thing around your skin that looks like a skinny light bulb with a purple light, this sends little rays that clean everything out. I have used this on some of my clients with really bad acne and has helped!

Great can you recommend a body wash? It is not really bad acne but it is a little embarrassing.

Proactiv solution I believe it's called. That seemed to work well on any acne I still had. It's some product my wife had me try. Girls and their skin crap, but some of it really does work. And believe it or not peroxide helped as well. good luck

good point smooth for me so the peroxide wouldn't have an effect.

I had the same problem...tried everything...I finally figured out that it was because I was wearing cotton shirts when I worked out and the part of my chest that collected the most sweat was where it happened. I bought a couple under armour shirts that help wick away the moisture and haven't really had a problem since. An occasional red bump here or there..not too bad but that's pretty much due to shaving

zits that don't pop eh? it sounds like u may have keloids. usually some people will have zits on their chest and later on will become keloids. check out the forum at keloid-scars.com and then go to 'experiences'.

acne.com is a good source of information. After washing use 2.5% benzoyl peroxide do not use anything higher. It can be found in Stridex Power Pads and Neutrogena On-The-Spot. It takes time for it to work but if you read up about body acne at acne.com it'll tell you step by step what to do. The regimen is simple and it works.

It could be the bodywash you are using. My boyfriend used to breakout all the time on his chest and back, because he was using a bodywash that was "for men." I told him to switch up bodywashes, and that maybe the strong "manly" fragrance they add to the bodywash may irritate his skin. Although at first he didnt like the idea, i told him to try "dove - uncented bodywash" and the breakouts went away after a couple of weeks. Try using an uncented or sensitive skin body wash, and maybe the breakouts will clear up!
