Hey, I am new to this site, but am not new to trying to lose weight. I find myself obsessed with food and find myself eating when I shouldn't and things I shouldn't.
I want to lose like 20-30lbs and have a flat chest and stomach. Those are my only concerns. What work outs should I do and what foods should I eat (how much and how often). I find diet plans hard to follow and I easily lose track or I get bored.
You won't like this answer but if you're obsessed with food and eating when you shouldn't, the only thing that's going to help is to become obsessed with not not being obsessed with food and eating only when you should. The majority of people know what they need to do but find it easier not to.
