hey guys... i am in a dilema.. my current school schedule makes it almost impossible for me to diet right. eat breakfast around 6:30 am then my lunch period is at 1:20...I cannot go without food for this long!! I also have soccer in the afternoon so this kills my energy level.. I am having trouble losing fat even though i run everyday playing soccer i have not seen any improvement within the past month ..help

Dude, just check out the nutrition site and see what kind of healthy snack you could through in there and scarf it down between periods or in class, that kind of a split between meals is bullshit. And if you don't have time just tell your teach you have to eat, some rare condition or something.
