Just wanted to say great sites and moderators. Got a couple questions, tell me if I'm posting too much.

1. Bench Press, DB Decline, Incline, DB military, Dips, Pushdowns, Flys, (another various tricep exercize), is this too much too little, or how might I modify my chest and tri workout?
2.
Mon Legs (calves included)
Tues Chest + Tri (military press as well)
Wed Rest
Thur Back + Biceps
Fri Rest
Sat Shoulders(including hand cleans) + Abs(everything shoulder wise that doesn't involve triceps, meaning I do military press stuff on chest and tricpep day)
Sun Rest

Am I allowing my self enough time to recover? Or should I be doing certain lifts on diff days?

Hey Jordan - post as much as you want. That's what the forum is all about. Somebody is going to tell you so it might as well be me. You don't have enough info in your question and this is where your profile comes in handy. Folks need to know how long you've been working out, how many sets in the exercises you list and a couple of other things come to mind. You might want to check out the routines that you can get from FT. They're free and they cover all the bases so you don't have to guess while you're learning.

You're getting plenty of rest, just make sure you're diet is good. One thing I don't like is the shoulder work on your pec day. Just my preference but I like to do all shoulder work on a dedicated day. I get a better pump and I can the whole group.

I've been lifting for 5 years, heavy the last 2. For the chest and tri question, I do 4x6 for bench, and 3x8-12 for the rest, as for dips 4xfailure. I use the percantage charts and increase the weights as finish my sets.
