Ok I know I post a lot but this is by far what I REALLY need some advice on, I need to increase my hamstring size, I've found my quads and glutes have gotten much bigger in proportion to my hamstrings. I really need advice on this one, here's my workout. Straight legged deadlifts feel kinda awkward for me.
Squat - 4x6
Leg Press 4x8
Leg Extensions 4x8-10
Laying down leg curls 4x6
Calf Raises 4x12-15
Any lifts that would help, or could I possible add another hamstring workout in there and not over work?

Add stiff legged deadlifts as your first exercise....

I would drop the leg extensions, and start doing glute-ham raises instead of leg curls. Also, stiff leg deadlifts would be an excellent choice, or romanian deadlifts.

If you smoke or don’t wear your seatbelt, please don’t tell me the deadlift is dangerous.

Thanks guys more or less what I figured I'd need to do, but doing hams before squats never occurred to me great idea.
