I am 42 years old, married, father of four children. I have lost about 50 lbs since last december and my wife and I love my new trim self. I have been doing 200 "bycycle crunches", 100 bridges,3 sets of 40 butterfly's (with hand weights) and 100 pushup's per night, 4 nights a week. The problem is; I have slimmed down, but, I'm looking for more definition in abs and glute area. One website said I have a 24 on their Body Mass scale - I have read that you need about a 12 to see your 6 pack. Can anyone help?
cardio and diet will be your key. couple that with a good weight lifting routine and you will see things start to shape up. The most important part when it comes to having a 6 pack though is diet.
good luck.
