Hello, Im new to the boards. I have question on diet on how many calories I should consume. Im 5'11" 215lbs. I want to build muscle and burn the fat, I lift 3 times a week at 45 mins(heavy lifting), I do cardio twice a week HIT for 20 mins and i get some light cardio as well a day or two. How many calories should I take in to build, and drop fat. Outside of workouts Im not active I have a desk job. Thanks for any info.
