Just for info - I didn't want to jump in on bb1's log. I started taking cAMP 3 months ago (actually 14 weeks ago) at the same time I started on the strictest cut I'd ever done as it was my 55th birthday present to myself. :) My diet is alway clean but this one was Mr. Clean clean. Switched to C2 8 weeks ago just to see if there was a difference in the progression. It's hard to say but my workouts were some of the best I ever had. I don't do 1RM but my workouts are more endurance than strength. I have training logs going back several years and the only thing different this time was those two supps. Body weight went from 202 in the the pic on the water where I was sipping on a Coronna and eating nacho chips the day before I started :) and the other photo with the critters, the body weight is 180. What's different this time is that my workout weight for isolation movements went up 30 lbs in the last 6 weeks of the cycle in spite of the weight loss. My compound move reps stayed right where they were even though the body weight was dropping big time about half way through. The last two weeks of the cycle, I was back up to 30 lbs over my starting workout weight on the bench press. I have access to the navy immersion tank at the research lab and they show a decrease in body fat from a start of 13 down to a little over 9 now. I was more motivated this time than in a long time but this was probably my most productive cycle and like I said, the only thing changed was those two supps. One other thing different is that I usually cut in the winter but I doubt that would have anything to do it. Also, don't use any of bb1's old diets are you'll be tempted to chew nails if someone puts them on a plate. :)
