Hi i just started working out last week and im 5'10 and i weight 130 lbs and im 16 yrs old and i want to get big
i workout Mon-Fri from 3:00 -4:30 , anyone can gave me a good program guide ?
and a quick question if i workout on my Arms every day ,is there anythin wrong with that because my arms dont get soar the next day

Working any body part without adequate recovery time is counterproductive. You should give each part 48-72 hours to recover. Soreness is not an indicator of a good workout. I only get sore when I change my routine and I think this is the case for a lot of people. If you are looking for a workout routine I recommend the ft fitness plan. Don't forget that diet is also important so check out the nutrition plan as well.

yeah i got that but it says on the weekends to and im unable to work out on the weekends so how can i sort that out?

Hey dude, I am sort off doing the same thing as you, but i have been workingout for a fair while now. Just make sure, you dont get carried away with one part of your body, like arms. Make sure you accompany doing arms with chest, stomach and back etc. Also something which can never do you any harm is running, oh and a healthy diet.
