Hi i already started to workout but im struggling with my meal i need Protein 195 g Protiens a day so anyone can gave me advice what i shud eat for Breakfast Lunch and at Night so im able to get all my Protiens
Egg whites are always a good source in the morning. People raise their eyebrows but I'm a tunaholic so that's my choice. If you can't get enough from food sources, there's always protein powder. At night before bed I stick with no-fat cottage cheese.
I bake a big pan of skinless chicken breast and bag each one individually, put in fridge and I have a perfect serving ready to go. Yes protein powders , all natural protein bars (B2B bars-Double chocolate peanut crisp), tuna is a good choice and sushi is easy. Of couse eggs and got to have a good piece of juicy steak. I just try stay creative.
