I'm 17 6'3" and 127 lbs today. i need to gain like 40 lbs. I'm getting ashamed of my body, i see my arms and know i have a problem, i used to play sports but now i feel my legs are too skinny to feel comfortable in shorts, also affects my self confidence with girls. I lose weight faster than i can put it on. i like to workout to gain muscle mass, but don't like complicated meals or cooking. if its frozen or canned ill take it. i need all the advice possible. preferably recipes or fast meals or snacks full of protein carbs and calories. thanks for any help you can give me.
